- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid ordinary passport, be in good health, have attained a degree (Bachelor's degree for Master applicants) and meet the language requirements.
- Evidence of English language proficiency. Non-native English speaker must submit official scores of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). The program requires a minimum score of 90 on the internet-based TOEFL test or 6.5 on the IELTS test. This requirement can be waived only if the applicant received a bachelor's or postgraduate degree lasting for 2 years or above from an institution with English as official instructive language.

Program Description
Notice:
This is a Double-degree program with the first year in SCIENCES PO and second year in Fudan University. We only offer information of Fudan University (such as the tution fee) and some of the SCIENCES PO.
The Double Degree Program on Europe and Asia in Global Affairs was established by SCIENCES PO and Fudan University in 2010. It provides students who are interested in analysing European and Asian studies from both comparative and international relations perspectives with the excellent research network between SCIENCES PO and Fudan University.
This program is aimed, at the same time, at European specialists who would like to deepen their understanding of Europe through comparing it to Asia, at Asian specialists who aspire to strengthen their understanding of Asia in relation to other regions, at International relations specialists eager to acquire a more specific insight on the challenges and content of Europe-Asia relations.
This program requires two academic years, with the first year at SCIENCES PO in the Master Affaires européennes, specialisation “Europe and Asia in Global Affairs” and the second year within SIRPA at Fudan University in the Degree International Politics, specialisation “Europe and Asia in Global Affairs”. Courses are multidisciplinary and students will have International Relations, History, Economics, Law, and Political Science with focus on Europe and Asia in Global Affairs. Students will also be asked to follow two language classes at SCIENCES PO.
Final graduation will rely on the validation by the student of both years of the programme. Therefore, students get a temporary graduation in July at SCIENCE PO and graduate definitely once all the program is validated at Fudan University too the following year.

5. Photocopy of valid passport
Photocopy of valid passport identification page. Passport must be an ordinary one and be valid until Sep. 30, 2020. Applicants currently residing in China also need to provide a copy of the page containing a valid visa or residence permit.

8. Two recommendation letters
The referee must be professor, associate professor or person with equivalent academic title. The recommendation letter should be in Chinese or English and include the referee’s signature and contact information. You may as well mail the recommendation letter to the relevant school or department rather than upload it online, if the letter is sealed.
9. Personal Statement
It requires above 1000 words for master applicants.
The language should align with the one to be taught with.
The content should include (but not limited to) study and work experience, academic achievement, expected research proposal, and career plan after graduation, etc.10. Physical Examination Form(only valid for 6 months)
