2.Physically and mentally healthy, with no criminal record.
3.Master's degree or above for Doctoral applicants.
4.Language Requirements:
Some programs require a higher level of ability in English (IETLTS: 7 overall or above), and some programsrequire GRE or GMAT scores. Please refer to related admission requirementsfor each program.
You do not need to provide evidence of English language proficiency if you meet one of the following criteria:
A.Your first language is English;
B.You have completed, or are completing, a degree program taught and assessed entirely in English.

It is one among the best universities in China with high world ranking compared to other Chinese Universities. Fudan University provides students with a comfortable campus and base for exploration of the sprawling city Shanghai and provides supportive environment to study. The school has great teachers for Law and they're all excellent English speakers, and really welcoming. I observed that when I was studying at the neighbor university (Shanghai University - SHUFE) from 2012 to 2014 and I always wished to study at Fudan. Now its about time to fulfill my dream and make it to reality.

For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit.
