1. Catalogue and abstract of published papers, or other documents that can prove academic ability (not compulsory).
*2. Certificate of master degree
Certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.

Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test),No need for English medium programs
*5. Photocopy of valid passport
Photocopy of valid passport identification page. Passport must be an ordinary one and be valid until Sep. 30, 2019. Applicants currently residing in China must provide a copy of the page containing a valid visa or residence permit.

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
*7. 2 letters of recommendation
The referee must be professor or associate professor or person with relevant academic title. The recommendation letter must be in Chinese or English with the referee’s signature and contact information.
*8. hysical Examination Form(only valid for 6 months)
Please take it to hospital to have a checkup with all items, including personal information, photo, checking date, doctors' suggestion and signature.

It requires above 1500 words written in Chinese. The content should include (but not limited to) study and work experience, academic research achievement, planned research proposal, and career plan after graduation, etc.
10. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
