Entry Requirements
- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid ordinary passport, be in good health, have attained a degree (Bachelor's degree for Master applicants) and meet the language requirements.
- Evidence of English language proficiency. Applicants whose native language is not English must submit official scores of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) unless they received a bachelor's or postgraduate degree from an institution in which the official language of instruction is English and he or she was enrolled in that school for at least two years. The program requires a minimum score of 90 on the internet-based TOEFL test or 6.5 on the IELTS test.

The very first university that I chose is Fudan University to make Master’s degree in International Politics (Chinese Politics and Diplomacy). Since my Bachelor degree is Law and Diplomacy, I found International Politics very closely related to my past education. I had an outstanding professor, late Dr. Alexander Rondeli whose lectures have strongly influenced my choice and my further professional experience was mostly related to international organizations. Besides, I had an incredible opportunity to live in Shanghai – a wonderful city with its unforgettable culture and people, and I have always dreamt about enrolling at Fudan University especially when there is such a good opportunity to meet students and professors in such an international environment as this university offers.
As I looked through the curricula delivered by Fudan University, it has appeared that the courses are the ideal reflection of my interests. The University program provides a profound understanding of international relations and the genuine problems humanity faces in the international realm. Furthermore, the course covers such topics as political development in modern China, Chinese public administration and Chinese diplomacy, the fields that I am interested most.
I have a clear understanding of the fact that China is one of the leading counties in the field of International Relations and Governance. Moreover, Chinese – Georgian relations are at their peak. Though Chinese Georgian relations established in 1992 and China was one of the first countries that recognized the independence of Georgia, relations were not so intensive between countries until China launched New Silk Road project (also known as One Belt One Road, or Belt and Road) five years ago. Georgia’s privileged access to European Union investment-friendly tax policy and strategic location on the Black Sea gives a key role to play in the New Silk Road project. I would like to conduct my research into the above mentioned political issue and make it my final thesis.
Thus, doing my Master’s degree in Fudan university will be the best step I can take in order to grab the valuable experience and put all the knowledge into a real working atmosphere in my home country immediately after returning to my homeland. Equipped with such a vast amount of experience as Fudan University can give, I hope that my country will benefit a lot from me as a professional, as I will apply all the acquired skills into practice and share them among my future colleagues and co-workers acting in the sphere of International Politics (Chinese Politics and Diplomacy).

It requires above 2000 words for master applicants. The language should align with the one to be taught with.The content should include (but not limited to) study and work experience, academic achievement,expected research proposal,and career plan after graduation, etc.
14. Completely filled Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
The form should be filled out in Chinese or English.the report is valid for six months. Applicants currently residing in China may submit Residence Permit or Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card in substitute for Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
